Bar George celebrates natural wine. The wines selected for our list are chosen for their commitment to sustainable farming (organic, biodynamic), low intervention in the cellar (native yeast fermentation, neutral aging vessels, no chemicals or additions to the wines, low to no sulfur) and artisan, small production wines. At Bar George, we offer a rotating selection of around 40 wines and pour 10 or so by the glass. Most of the selections are not available on the shelfs in Utah and are available only at Bar George.
